Step 2: Complete a virtual visit with Dr. Straface. Fill out your patient profile in our patient portal and then you will be directed to the time of your telemedicine visit with Dr. Straface.

 Step 3: Complete the product purchase direct with a dispensary. Once your telemedicine appointment is complete, you will be entered into the CURT registry and will be sent your next steps on how to order your prescription from your selected dispensary. 

 Step 4: Schedule your follow-up visits typically every 90 days. Since we only prescribe prescriptions for 90 days at a time, you will need to have recurring follow-up appointments every 90 days to keep your prescription active.
