Davidson is an actor and comedian, who has played a large part in SNL, including becoming its newest host.

After being diagnosed with Chron's disease, Davidson tried many traditional pharmaceutical medications that didn't help him feel better.

According to an interview with High Times in 2016, Davidson shared how marijuana helped him get out of pain and improve his appetite. He was then able to perform his work on SNL.
