Oklahoma Residents Can Get Medical Marijuana with Licensed Prescriber SQ 788

Oklahoma is the 30th U.S. state to legalize MMJ with the passing of SQ 788 on June 26, 2018.

The state of Oklahoma does not give a list of conditions that qualify for medical marijuana. Instead, the state requires doctors to use their own judgment, so any chronic or acute condition may qualify for treatment with medical marijuana.

By law, an individual must be at least 18 years of age to obtain a medical marijuana recommendation. In addition, they must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma.

Oklahoma residents who are 17 years old or younger are eligible for a medical marijuana minor patient license when approved by two physicians.

Dr. Straface is a licensed MMJ prescriber for Oklahoma residents. Schedule your consultation today to see if you qualify.
